Playing the game is entirely voluntary and performed at your own risk. You acknowledge that the game involves simulated physical interactions (stacking blocks) and you agree to use the App in a safe environment.
You are solely responsible for your actions while using the App.
The developer shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, disputes, or consequences resulting from your use of the App.
By default, your high scores and custom usernames are stored locally on your device. This data is only submitted to our servers or displayed publicly if you choose to participate in the global leaderboard or sync your progress.
By using the leaderboard or sync features, you agree that your username and scores will be displayed publicly to other users and stored securely to enable feature functionality.

The App may display third-party advertisements.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements.
All app content, design, branding, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of the developer.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:
